Dr Shah needs to stop practicing medicine. He job is to get as many patients as possible, and prescribe medications. However, he is prescribing the wrong medications. He will give you almost anything, to make you feel better. After three wrong prescriptions. I called CVS, and the pharmacist said, it was the wrong medication. I called him, and he was terrible. Last Thursday Dr Shaw was rude arrogant and borderline yelled what do you want today I've never been treated so poorly by medical person in my life,his poor new nurse practitioner sadly had to witness this. Switched Drs as soon as I could . Joe m
Called the front desk to obtain a number for fax and when the receptionist answered first answer the phone, it was completely unprofessional. There was no greeting just a what do i need . Then when i continued to ask for the number multiple times she proceed to interrupt me and then abruptly put me on hold while I was speaking. DR SHAH AND HIS NURSE PRACTITIONER AMANDA ARE FANTASTIC!!! GOING THREW A RECENT DIVERTICULITIS FLARE UP ON THE WEEKEND SUNDAY 9 AM CALLED AND ANSWERING SERVICE PAGED THE DOCTOR. RECEIVED A CALL BACK IN 20 MINUTE BEING FAMILIAR WITH MY MEDICAL HISTORY CALLED in THE 2 ANTIBIOTICS TO THE PHARMACY RIGHT AWAY. RECEIVED FOLLOW UP CALL MONDAY AFTENOON FROM DR SHAW TO CHECK ON ME. THEN ON THURSDAY AMANDA THE NURSE PRACTITIONER DID A SECOND CALL BACK CHECKUP!!! 110% IN MY BOOK.
Giving one star is generous. Reading other reviews I really don’t know who the are talking about, it definitely is not the doctor I experienced. Calling the day after my husbands surgery to say we really should find a different doctor, I thought he was calling to check on him. Definitely would not recommend him.
