This place is a disgrace! Unorganized, uninformed, dunces who should not be in the medical field. The incompetent people who work here are uneducated morons who don't know what they are doing. They failed to send paperwork they wanted filled out and didn't notify us until the day and time of the appointment, then canceled the appointment because they didn't send the paperwork they claim they needed. Dr Iyer does not treat me like a number. Always greets with a smile. She listens to every word and issue that I have. She explains my issues and treatments thoroughly. She doesn’t rush me or open the laptop and tell me to wait. She is fast getting me referrals and authorizations. She calls me with test results and just to see how I am doing. No doctor EVER did that for me. The office staff is top notch too. I get quick appts when needed and fast to relay any problems I may have. Always a pleasure to go there.
This review will be off the cuff and wall, but, here it goes. I am insurance agent for Aetna my client was assighned a PCP automatically andi it was over 45 min away, she wanted something closer. So now we were into the google mode to find doctors in her area. Tambrini should be put in jail. He misdiagnoses people, is rude and is just a awful doctor. Definitely was a C- in med school. I bet he barely graduated.
