I was going there for many years when I lived in Richmond. Although the doctors are generally good, do not see Dr Kathy Andronis if you are feeling pain of any kind. I was going to her and complaining about my period pain. She kept dismissing me, saying to continue to take pills to treat the pain. Finally, years later, RWH diagnosed me with Stage 4 endometriosis. I would not have suffered so much if she had taken my symptoms seriously. Still traumatised by this.

Had an extremely frustrating experience with the Audiology service. After having our appointment rescheduled 5 times, my toddler was required to sit through a hearing test that was not suitable for a 2 year old and come back on 3 separate occasions to repeat the same test as results were inconclusive. The team were then evasive about the charges and we are out of pocket $300 with confusing/contradicting information from staff regarding whether the services qualified for medicare rebate.

Incorrect diagnosis for my 18mo. When his condition worsened 32 hours later I immediately called them, and they told me to follow up with regular GP. Don't waste your time seeing an inept doctor there even if they bulk bill - it just uses up tax payer money.
