Mismanaged company, poor leadership and quality work This company has very poor trade skills. Thier administrative staff lacks personal skills when dealing with the public. We've dealt with the staff, Season and Stella and found them nasty and misleading. Don't expect any relief from their President, Ron Shear or their Foreman Mike, they are terrible and not very responsive. The workmanship from their people is poor and the monies paid is not worth the results.
