Medical system needs improving. Their phone system is inhumane. I don't know why they can't fix that because many people have commented about how impersonal it is. We need better than just automated phone systems when dealing with our clinicians. Going into this clinic is okay. The building is big and there are many floors. The main floor is where the general practitioners and the bloodwork are. They have lots of parking but they banned patients from parking in front which I think is sort of unfriendly. I had a comforting experience here. After spending hours waiting at Victoria Hospital and feeling quite overwhelmed. I was informed to come here. Crystallyn was an absolute angel she truly took the time to listen to my story and showed so much genuine care and concern for my well-being.
