I had such a wonderful, comforting experience here. After spending hours waiting at Victoria Hospital and feeling quite overwhelmed. I was informed to come here. Crystallyn was an absolute angel she truly took the time to listen to my story and showed so much genuine care and concern for my well-being. Usually have a decent experience here but yesterday I went in for an issue and a nurse practitioner saw me , I explained my issue and she just told me I don't know and dismissed me. Did not try to even search on the computer, did not try to ask someone or really do anything. Just said I don't know I never heard of that and dismissed me. Huge waste of time.
