After the past few month I probably wouldn’t recommend access ford service to anyone. Way too much money spent to fix ONE issue yet every single time I brought my vehicle home the same issue was happening. Being it back a third time and my bronco has been there for 9 days now, a single call? Nope. Leave voicemails hoping someone will call us back yet nothing, the few times they’ve answered the person never seems to know any information but informs us they’ll leave a note to call us back when they figure it out…guess what? While communication is getting better in person I still have issues with this service center. This will hopefully be my last time using them. I’ve purchased 2 vehicles here and get terrible service. Called and left 2 voicemails to schedule and did not get a call back. And was charged $141 for a part that I already had and supplied which was OEM. Tired of those dealership taking advantage of me.
