Couldn’t be more disappointed. I can’t even count the number of times I tried calling my caseworker, and how many times did I get through? Zero. My healthcare application was ultimately denied, and a few of the cited reasons included that I was a resident of Texas (even though I’ve never stepped foot in Texas and they’re sending me letters in Florida), and that I didn’t submit all necessary documentation before the deadline.
