I was here for a night for work and saw this gym was close to my hotel on the Wellhub app I have and thought it looked like a gym I typically go to. Great gym, good machines and variety. A few machines out of order but other than that I had a good experience and for 4-6pm time frame wasn’t as crowded as I thought it would be. Loved the gym, hope I’m over night for work here again!

You guys, hear me out. This is actually the best gym in town *per dollar*. The pro's: * Not too crowded * Open all the time * Pretty central location, it's easy to find yourself on 7th and think "I'll just drop in and lift really quick." This is an underrated benefit, anything which gets you lifting more frequently is a big win. * Stevie Knicks and Toto and 80's hits on the stereo. Such a great studio! So much variety, covers everything you want to do! The ladies are so friendly and so helpful! I highly recommend giving it a try!
