You guys, hear me out. This is actually the best gym in town *per dollar*. The pro's: * Not too crowded * Open all the time * Pretty central location, it's easy to find yourself on 7th and think "I'll just drop in and lift really quick." This is an underrated benefit, anything which gets you lifting more frequently is a big win. * Stevie Knicks and Toto and 80's hits on the stereo. Such a great studio! So much variety, covers everything you want to do! The ladies are so friendly and so helpful! I highly recommend giving it a try!
I can’t say how it is but I can say when I went during working hours there was a dog behind the counter but I couldn’t find help to sign up. When I call nobody answers the phone either.
My home gym now for a year. Friendly helpful employees and members. Never overcrowded and always kept clean. I appreciate it more every day.
