Great place if you don’t want to be informed that they won’t take your insurance until after your appointment when you receive almost a $1000 bill from them. They took my insurance card from the time I walked in to check in all the way up until I was done with paper work. They NEVER once informed me that it would NOT be covered otherwise I would have NEVER went through with it. And then had the nerve to call about another appointment, I called them out for it and told them to cancel any other future appointments
Dr. Judd Brurns is the best dentist I've ever had.He makes you feel very at ease & is very thorough. His assistants Luis & Christina are VERY nice & helpful & the front dest staff is amazing as well! Happy to have them all! Thanks, Lori💐
Only have experience with dental side. I had a dental emergency in December, not having a dentist, I called Asscess and they were able to get me in the same day. I saw Dr Grayson. I told her of my anxiety issues. Due to other medical issues, I had to come back for my extraction. I came back today for the extraction and Dr Grayson and dental assistant made me feel at ease during the process. Felt no pain. Will come back for more dental work.
Good luck getting this clinic to help you. Went there for a second opinion and they will not call back weeks later and don't seem to care. Tried calling in for refills and three hours later still haven't even looked at the request. All this clinic does is make excuses.
I have visited this location and company for over 15 years now! I've had the best quality, affordable, and most compassionate care. I've had an amazing quality root canal, the most comfortable crown, and the cleanest teeth in the world! My gold crowns have lasted over 14 years and are still like new! I respect the growth, expansion, and development of this organization and will be a lifetime patient in medical and dental care!
