If we had more than 5 stars Access Eye has earned more that my 100% recommendation. Totally over the top. I have never seen such a well oiled operation that serves to the highest standard at every level. I had one cataract surgery done. All went well. Then, the doctor got sick and could not keep the appointment for the other eye. Believe it or not, he expects me to wait six weeks for the other eye --six weeks! His problem has become my problem. I don't think that is fair. I am supposed to walk around with unbalanced vision for six weeks. I am seriously displeased! If you have any suggestions, please let me know.
My visit to Access Eyes in Falmouth, VA was a great experience as always. Ensuring that you do yearly exam to keep your eyesight in good condition is a must. The technician and Dr Meghan Thompson is good communicator and a great advocate for good eye care
On December 28th 2019 I had my eye exam at access eye 4516 Plank Rd, Fredericksburg, VA 22407. I had Dr. Christopher Testa which I love as an eye Dr. and had a good working relationship with. It was determined I needed to get a slightly stronger prescription for glasses. While I like Dr. Biscomb and have been coming to this office for a decade, my last 2 visits have involved unreasonably long waits! In the past 2 months, I have come for an appt for myself and another time for my oldest 3 children. Both times we have waited for a very long time to be seen even though we were on time for the appointment. It is very frustrating to take off of work and then have to wait for a long time to see the doctor. I will be looking for a new eye doctor.
