Convenient, friendly, and very engaged in my appointment. From beginning to end, they kept me informed of what was going on and what was going to happen next. I felt like their thorough exam was one of the best I have ever had! Great job Trent and Dr. Desai!
Staff and doctor were friendly, but The 35$ up charge for Pupilary Distance Measurement was a bit offensive. I've been getting glasses online for over a decade and a half and have never had a doctor's office upcharge me for a PD measurement. Made me feel like they didn't support my choices, and I'd prefer medical professionals who do.
Everyone was professional and extremely pleasant to work with.
