It is good.
Excellent customer service from registration to completion. I had booked with another provider because Access Eye no linger accepts my vision insurance. I changed my mind at last minute and kept the appointment with Dr. Surkamp. Very glad I did. However, I must consider another option (business) for future appointments and services because I just cannot justify paying when I have insurance .
Well done! Tracy and Dr Tran were both very proficient!
Dr Tran was excellent. Will continue to go there for my optometrist appt. Staff was very knowledgeable including front desk and assistant that provided eye drops initial review for the Dr
