The Southpoint location is awesome. The staff, Traci and Whitney are a completion to Dr. Tran. I've never been to the eye doctor and had laughs and therapy in the same day.
Great location, check-in was quick, and staff were great! I was in and out rather quickly and each step of the appointment was high quality.
My appointment with Dr Tran was great. He took the time to know who is in front of him. I felt the he genuinely cared for my comforts, my well-being and my eye health. My time with the ladies was also wonderful. From the front reception, to the technician and ending with optical I always felt like a person not just a chart. And that all made for a great appointment.
