When I first visited Dr Jain I was feeling awful. Cold sensitivity, profusely sweating and chronic fatigue. Dr Jain diagnosed a thyroid disorder and prescribed the proper medicine not to mention she helped me lose almost 40lbs. As a retiree, I feel great and stay very active without issue thanks to Dr Jain. I highly recommend
Recently, I had the best experience with Jennifer, front desk, after my pharmacy failed to send over a prescription request. I called Dr. Jain’s office, and within 15 minutes, Jennifer returned my call to let me know she had already sent the script. She also assured me that if the pharmacy couldn’t fill it, I should reach back out. When I first came to Dr. Jain and the team at Access Endocrinology, my diabetes was completely out of control. With their care plan, I’ve lost weight and kept my blood work in a healthy range. Great doctor, great staff—highly recommend!
I went in to just ask a question as a former patient and the old bat in the front was very rude. Apparently she doesn’t like her job and needs to retire from working with people because she does not belong there. A simple question shouldn’t cause a person to get easily irritated. Now I know why I quit going to this place.
They took me under wing to treat my type 2 diabetes and thyroid when I had been diagnosed with gastroparesis from Rybelus. Very knowledgeable doctors in getting my health back.
