Fantastic from office staff to Dr Rita Jain herself. I'm impressed with the level of knowledge everyone has and everyone shares with all of us! I think this is the best endocrinologist in the area!
My mother had a referral to this place and made an appointment since November of last year. The appointment was for april 27 on a Monday. They called Friday at 5 something in the afternoon (Mind you they don’t open Saturday and Sunday) 2 days before the appointment and didn’t get to pick up the call due to work. Because the call wasn’t answered to confirm the appointment, they canceled the appointment and if we wanted to reschedule we would need her doctor to send another referral.
