Dr is fine. Friendly, yet rushed. Physicians assistant was kind and patient. But the office staff is awful! The woman who answers the phones interrupts before being able to complete sentences. She’s extremely rude!!! If you want to feel like they care when you walk in, don’t go here. I left because of this.
I have been seeing Dr. Jain and her staff at Access Endocrinology for many, many years now, and have not received better care from any previous diabetes physician in my 55 years with this disease. The office coordinates with my other medical providers and is always available and responsive to my needs and requests. Dr Jane and her staff are exceptional and very respectful to their patients. During my treatment sessions, I have been completely satisfied with our discussions and the recommendations focused on helping me keep moving positively forward with my Type 2 Diabetes condition management plan.
How very rude and ill professional of this Dr. office staff member. Iam not only a future patient but also a NURSE. You do not speak to a patient so rudely. I will never refer any patient to this office especially. She told me when I asked if I could be scheduled sooner because my PCP wants me to be seen urgently she blatantly told me no you will be scheduled "accordingly", very nasty and rude to say to a Patient who is seeking care for a potential thyroid issue. UNACCEPTABLE!!
I have been seeing an endocrinologist since 2018 (in different areas that I've lived in). Dr. Jain was attentive, listened to me talk about my symptoms, and was able to help treat the root issues so I feel much better now than I have for years. A word of note is that somethings the first check in process will take some time if you are doing telehealth, but definitely worth the wait!
