I was referred to Dr. Jain by my primary at the time early last year due to enlarged thyroid. I had a history of yearly thyroid scans and biopsies due to an enlarged thyroid (left side). I was seen and it was recommended to leave it alone. My new primary did not accept this and encouraged me to see a surgeon at a cancer center out of county. I just had my first appointment with Dr Jain. Everyone I spoke to at this office was friendly, thorough and professional. I would definitely recommend this office.

Fantastic practice! And I mean the entire team. Everyone is so helpful, understanding, and supportive. From the front desk, the nurses and assistants, and especially Dr Jain. I’ve been going here for a couple years now and have had excellent care with every interaction. If you have diabetes, this is where you need to be.

I called this office after my doctor advised me to check how far out they were scheduling before sending a referral. I had already found several endocrinologists booking 4+ months out and simply wanted to know whether this office was in the same situation before going through the referral process. After waiting on hold, I was told, rather rudely, that they would not provide any information about appointment availability unless they had already received a referral.
