Have been waiting on a call from this place to verify they even received paperwork for two weeks!! Even stopped by twice!! Only to still not receive a call!! Here it is going on week 3!! Not a great way to treat a new potential patient!! Guess Dr. Gude doesn’t need any more patients! Please please just find a more professional place that responds to business calls/messages! By the time they call you back, you will have died!!!
The doctor is good, but the staff is incompetent and hard to reach. I had to go find another endocrinologist because the staff can't get a simple pre-auth through insurance... its been 3 months of weekly calls to no avail. They also let their website certificate expire 2 years ago so there is no guarantee your information and bill pay is safe.
Dr. Gude is an excellent physician. He goes above and beyond for his patients. I have been training some of his patients who range from sedentary to highly active. Dr. Gude patients get results they deserve.
The secretary was rude and made me wait for about 1 hour. I did not even see the doctor. I had to leave but the front desk person didn't want to help much. I don't want to go there anymore. I will go somewhere else
Called to make an appointment on 11/16 around 11:50am and the lady who answered was extremely rude. She acted as if I was bothering her by wanting to schedule an appointment and she was very condescending. Finally told her I would go somewhere else and I hung up. Such a shame, I wanted to come here because of the great reviews the doctor has but I refuse to deal with rude office staff. If she acted like that over the phone I can only imagine how she treats patients in person.
