It is absolutely ridiculous that we moved in our brand new 7home 3 months ago and have had them out to our home 4 times. Each time we were told IF the problem happens again they would order a motor NOW they are saying it will be mid December. The reason we put an elevator in our brand new home is because we have a disabled son and I have severe back 0issues. DON'T RECOMM5END
