Access has always been very reliable when I needed servicing on my Savaria outdoor lift. Recently, I noticed a problem with my unit and Dan came to service the unit. It was a serious condition that he was able to detect and needed to order a replacement bearing to correct the issue. I was put on priority list for the repair which happened today, Many thanks to Dan for his excellent work and attention to detail. I am thrilled with Dan and Access for coming to my rescue. A very satisfied customer.

tried to save an aging chair lift that was having issues. Jerry the technician was very thorough trying to diagnose problem. short term fix worked for awhile but in the end a new chair was the answer. They were able to use existing track and other components to save on upgrade of chair. Jerry was very honest and helpful throughout the repair.
Moises, and Nitcia, arrived on time they were very professional and did a very thorough job and Diagnosing the problem they have put in orders for the parts. I certainly would like to deal with them again when the parts come in five star standing ovation for these two technicians.
