Dan Zepp from Access installed grab bars in my shower and did an amazing job. He was very professional and respectful in my home and cleaned up after himself. Super!
We had them come out and provide professional advice and skill work that is needed for our situation. Our son suffers from a rare form of Epilepsy called LGS. I purchased a turn signal extension arm and a spinner knob of which they had to install. On three separate occasions because the extension arm did not fit properly. After the third occasion of the extension arm failing, I opted for a refund. And to date, I have not received a refund as a matter of fact. I've spoken. What a fabulous group of people at Access Elevator! They installed a Wheelchair ramp for my husband, and we couldn’t be more thrilled!
