I chose to go with Access Elevator (AE) because between this company and another one close to me, AE had a higher review rating. I quickly found it can be very hard to talk to someone at AE in a timely manner. If Cudahy doesn’t pick up the phone the call is routed to Illinois. They can e mail a message, but you wait for someone to get back to you. Employees have dedicated jobs so you need to talk to that specific person. We just want to Thank everyone at Access for their help installing stair lifts in our house, especially Tom for his professionalism in the install of the chair lifts and answering all our questions. We would recommend Access to anyone that may be in need.
They were there for me when I needed them most at a very affordable price. Others tried to sell me a new unit for 50000. These nice people fixed my problem without trying to take advantage of us!!!! Thank you so much.
