I am so pleased with my stairlift, installed by Tom P., at Access Cudahy. He was extremely thorough in his installation & explanations. My handrail was slightly bowed & Tom did not leave until he made adjustments to ensure function was 100% smooth. Highly recommend.
So this review really is somewhat personal as it pertains to my mom's wellbeing and I'm in the medical field. My mom broke her hip (and this is a devastating injury for an elderly person). Recovery and ADL (activities of daily life) are difficult to say the least. I knew she needed a chair lift and a bathtub renovation to maintain her ADL and really keep some dignity. Our church called Access as we had issues with another provider. Tim came out and made the adjustments and was very courteous and professional. By the time he left, he explained the resolution of how he fixed the issue as well as asked if we have any other questions. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a lift at a church.
Access installed a Vertical Platform Lift at our business in Hales Corners! We couldn't ask for better service! The owner and all the employees were fantastic to work with! Thank you for guiding us through our project!
We initially requested a service call on NOV 25, 2024. Jennifer told us we would be added to the job board and called when a technician was in the area. Fast forward to May 27 and we called to follow-up. Jennifer scheduled a service call for the next day. Hmmm. Tom arrived and immediately identified the problem. Easy fix! He wasn't sure why we waited so long when he knew he had been in the area plenty of times since November. Tom was pleasant and professional.
