This Company and employees are consistently excellent to work with. Last year they went out of their way to find my 94-year-old mom a BuzzAround XL scooter. This year when the battery was dying after 2 miles, they allowed us to bring the scooter back into the business waving the at home diagnostic fee. They got us in quickly and took care of the issue.
