My Bruno stairlift was installed on Thursday, April 17, 2025 and it was a very pleasant experience. Rudy, the installer, was punctual, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. He always answered my questions with clear and informative answers and kept on task until the installation was completed. Following the installation, Rudy discussed how to use and maintain the stairlift. I was very happy with the entire experience. Thanks, Rudy!
Ted was here to get measurements for a stair lift and was very good and polite. He answered all of my questions. I am looking forward to working with this company if everyone is as nice and knowledgeable as Ted is.
