This Company and employees are consistently excellent to work with. Last year they went out of their way to find my 94-year-old mom a BuzzAround XL scooter. This year when the battery was dying after 2 miles, they allowed us to bring the scooter back into the business waving the at home diagnostic fee. They got us in quickly and took care of the issue. Our family has worked with Access Elevator for quite a few years. They have been so helpful and have gone above and beyond to help us at times when we were in need for quick action to get help with equipment and installation as well as repair.
