I called Access Elevator to make an emergency repair call for my electric stair lift.They sent Jackson. He was very efficient , well mannered and clean cut. Just before Jackson arrived a family member fell and was unable to get up. Jackson arrived and with no effort he got the person standing. If I could I would give them a zero. I purchased a chairlift several years ago for my handicapped sister who lives with me. I called for service as the button that you push to move the chair up and down had fallen off and the seat would not stay up. They sent a person to my house who turned a screw and put a piece of wire in the button to hold it on and was literally there for 15 minutes. This is the correct company I'm reviewing --- Avoid this chair company if you value your time and money. This company prey's on senior citizens, taking advantage of the elderly and handicapped. In November of 2021, my 77 y/o mother's chair lift did not swivel correctly. Everything else worked fine. They sent out a technician who had no idea how to fix the unit and ended up DOING MORE DAMAGE TO THE CHAIR.
