Can’t get thru to the primary care clinic to save my life been trying alll week to get thru and stay on hold waiting for someone to answer for over an hour and more . No one there to answer phones . Great healthcare people.

The social worker isn't great, he has no business being there. He is pretty much a google searcher and is not up to date on most of the resources out there. To be honest, there is not alot of resources out there to begin with. I got more help from ChatGPT. Not to mention, he does not even know most of what goes on in the social system or with the clients he is supposed to help but he believes he does.
