Customer service gave wrong information. When I got to facility the front desk nurse was agitated and was not helpful at all or understanding about my situation. The office in Bloomington is much more understanding and better which is why they are always busy, and this location in normal, is not. Terrible service, and customer service was wrong and they gave no help in correcting my situation at all. Don’t waste your time going here. There is a reason the office is always empty.
Just had one of the worst dental experiences ever. Was do to have x-rays but found I had an appointment one day early so insurance wouldn't cover it. Thought I was to get a cleaning and only got my teeth polished--that is not a cleaning. Will try again going to the office on University, the one on Main street is a joke. They do not do dental care only want to bill the insurance for care that was never done.
The X-ray shows one tiny cavity and they tried to bill my insurance for 4 cavities! Frad! It's been reported! Shady! Everyone involved should be held accountable.

Access Dental on Main st.is not a place I would recommend. Yhe dentist could care less.His staff is unprofessional and inept.Nobody in the place gives a shit....VERY POOR PERFORMANCE....
This place is horrible. Dr. Gyuyen kept asking the assistant questions like she didn't even know about extractions. I asked her if she was new since she kept asking questions. She said no. So when she started my extraction her hand was shaking like she was nervous and she broke my back tooth even more. She stopped the extraction.and after 5 min she came back to tell me that she wasn't comfortable extracting me tooth and referred to a sergion. Just left after spending an hour waiting to see a dentist, this was after having to return the next day after my first visit as they forgot to take a needed x-ray. The waiting room was packed and I only saw one dentist, so as you can guess they are seriously overbooking their patients and making people wait an unreasonable amount of time to be treated. Less than impressed with this organization....
I just had a terrible experience at the 1200 W. Main location. I actually had a dentist yell at me. I have never had a 'medical professional' or someone who is supposed to be one yell at me and tell me 'if I didn't like it I can go someplace else'. I obviously will and will opt-out of this facility. How rude.
