Customer service gave wrong information. When I got to facility the front desk nurse was agitated and was not helpful at all or understanding about my situation. The office in Bloomington is much more understanding and better which is why they are always busy, and this location in normal, is not. Terrible service, and customer service was wrong and they gave no help in correcting my situation at all. Don’t waste your time going here. There is a reason the office is always empty.
