HORRIBLE!!! They need to be reported to the Better Business Bureau. Don't waste your time or money. They don't have adequate staff to do anything, including answering the phones! Day 5 of calling twice a day to get someone on the phone to reschedule an appointment----an appointment that we showed up for on Monday only to find the office was closed due to short staff. They didn't have the common courtesy to call us to cancel before we made a trip to the office.
4th time traveling 40 miles to have my son seen. Get there and they were either closed or it’s they are short staffed and have to reschedule. They claim they call but I never received a call from them. Each time, We have been waiting months!! What a waste of time and gas. Don’t waste your time booking with them you’ll never be seen.
What is an appropriate time to wait to be seen by dentist??? Well, my 2nd attempt at Access Dental. First time waited 45 minutes then rescheduled. This time waited 1-1/2 hours and walked out. No one said anything to let me know they were behind and no one seemed to be rushing!!! This is my first experience with having Medicaid in my 78-1/2 years of life! Is this what happens to people after unexpected, life altering events? It just would have been better to be informed, I would at least know I was respected as a person!
We went to this place but they technically don’t do nothing to help the patients. They just says that they’re here to reefer patients to dentist professional to take care of teeth issues. Seriously why did you create this office for just to chill out and gossiping on patio waiting to be cared. Nonsenses . One of the nurses told me that they do not care patients with teeth issues just reefer them to someone else . We need to report this to the insurance company because this is crooking insurance and patients
Showed up for my appointment a half hour early. No body said a word to me. Signed a paper and still no one even looked my way. Finally after the lady at the desk registered 3 people in that came in after me i walked up to the desk and told her id never been there and i was sure she needed to copy my insurance card thats when someone Finally acknowledged me. Come to find out my appointment was canceled with no notice. They rescheduled my appointment for over a month out.
