Staff is amazing. I have no complaints about the performance for the staff and the cleanliness of the location. Im starting to feel harrassed by them though. My issue arises when I canceled a check up due to other MAJOR health problems. After canceling my appointment and letting the know why as well as letting them know I would set one up when I was ready... This place doesnt even deserve a one star. The worst dental office you can go to. Especially their dental assitant during my filing appointment burnt my face with a tool. I went in over a month ago for xrays and dental pain with my wisdom teeth and set my appointment with removing them a month in advance due to their office desk saying if you come on the 7th this dentist can do that surgery plus nitrus. Wasted my time showing up for an appt in which my insurance was “verified” only to arrive and find out that they didn’t accept my insurance at this location referred to Dowlen location. Went to the Dowlen location and was informed that they don’t accept my insurance either.
Parking is a little tricky due to location so just use caution. We were in and out fairly quickly with good explanation on what they were doing and why. I wish it would of went a little smoother because it was my little ones very first time but I feel if you want that super special treatment probably should go elsewhere. They handled him pretty well and I'm very pleased that there was no over forcing him. All in all I would recommend to visit for your dentist needs.
