I was told I needed to see an oral surgeon and was handed a referral form. Very unprofessional form: No address/phone to contact Access Dental. Only my name, no address/phone so the clinic could contact me. I called a clinic listed on the form in which they told me the referral needed to be faxed to them. I called Access Dental and they told me they would fax it. I called the clinic today (2 weeks later) and was told they never received the referral from Access Dental. Needless to say, I will not be going back.

Went in for my appointment at 8:00am. Was told that the call center canceled my appointment without my knowledge due to me seeing one dentist but requesting Dr Joseph for my second one, no call no text NOTHING. (The first dentist was RUDE! I’m terrified of dentist. Which they knew) they were able to get me in around 9:30, which I am thankful for. I go to do the cavity fill. In the middle of the cavity fill the assistant looses the Drill bit in my throat. I had to puke to get it up. I’m terrified to go back.

Parking lot was absolutely disgusting! Old food and drink containers everywhere. Entry door had not been wiped down in God knows how long. SO NASTY!!! If you don’t take care of the outside you are probably not taking care of the inside either. NO WAY I was letting these people anywhere near my mouth. I was afraid I would end up with some bizarre infection only seen in third world countries. If the outside is not clean and hygienic then the inside is probably not hygienic either. That’s a fact!
