Finally found a dental office that makes me feel less anxious about my appointments. Dr. Raj and his staff are kind, patient, and go above and beyond to assure I'm comfortable. Gentle expertise by friendly folks, I highly recommend! Wheelchair friendly in a central location.
If you are disabled, this is the place to go. I stopped in on a whim because of the word "access"; I wanted to see if they meant it. They do: easily accessible doorways, treatment rooms large enough for wheelchair access, and a staff that goes over and above to make you feel like a valued client. I highly recommend them.
Had a really good experience at Access Dental Centre in Kelowna. The staff were friendly and made everything easy from the start. Dr. Raj was great, took the time to explain things and didn’t rush at all. Overall felt comfortable the whole visit. Would definitely recommend.
This is the best dental office in the Kelowna! The staff is so welcoming! They always fit you in their schedule and make it work for you! The front desk is so thorough, kind and eager to help! What i love even more that it’s a family run business and they treat you like a part of it!! I always leave here feeling cared for and with a big smile:) Dr Raj’s work is so phenomenal, he’s so professional and understanding. Highly highly recommend this dental office!
How this place has any 5 star reviews is beyond me. Not only is booking and billing a nightmare, the dentist isn't that good. Barely looking at my mouth he said I needed 4 root canals(correction: crowns) FOUR! He filled in one broken tooth and that barely lasted 6 months until it cracked and broke worse than before. Also they gave me a toothpaste to take home that ate away at mouthlike acid. Still can't eat the same as before.
