I rate this business with 1 star. I was told by Ebony the service she would provide and the amount she will charge. I paid my money, followed her instructions. When I call I don’t get an answer. I call weekly multiple times a day and no response. Call at least 5x daily no response. Unprofessional I am livid! I leave voice mails, I text, been nothing but respectful and paid my fees ON TIME! Access Credit has helped my credit tremendously. Ebony is the best. Was able to remove all negative items, collections, late payments and a repo. Credit went from 512 to 709. Thanks to her I’m on the to success. Highly recommended.
