Can't complain, my therapist and psychiatrist are a good match, my first case manager helped a lot at first. My rating for this place dropped since a certain psychiatrist doesn't follow other Doctors and Pharmacist Protocols for a Patient suffering a TBI. She refilled the same prescriptions and gave him a shot after the Doctor and Pharmacist specifically told me and him these medications give him a higher risk for falling and lowers the blood barrier even more causing a much higher risk of a seizure. I remember a time when case managers actually cared and did their job to help provide people with resources, take you to places, actually call, update and fax your information to housing assistance, or email places to find out information. Since after covid and all these program cuts the case managers don't give a crap about you, and the FRAUD, can't forget claiming they talked to you for an hour on the phone and turning it in to get paid. 1 cm got fired for that and 1 I know of claimed she did talk to me when she didn't.
