I remember a time when case managers actually cared and did their job to help provide people with resources, take you to places, actually call, update and fax your information to housing assistance, or email places to find out information. Since after covid and all these program cuts the case managers don't give a crap about you, and the FRAUD, can't forget claiming they talked to you for an hour on the phone and turning it in to get paid. 1 cm got fired for that and 1 I know of claimed she did talk to me when she didn't.
Can't complain, my therapist and psychiatrist are a good match, my first case manager helped a lot at first.
I went in for classes I had to do for probation 2 years ago. Come to find out they didnt send in any of my progress to my po. And told me I was done with my classes. So I ended up having a warrant because of all the miscommunication from this place. They were no help and they did not do what they were supposed to do from a girl who just got I trouble for the first time and didn’t know what she was doing. So if u go here u better make sure that they send your paper work in because they don’t care they won’t.
