Access Counseling Group represents the scum of the industry. Their deceptive billing practices borderline on fraud. They have zero interest in properly billing you, verifying your insurance, or charging the correct copay amount. I am still in dispute over my billing a year later. The place is run by idiots who are just milking the system and preying on their patients. AVOID AVOID AVOID
This is the best. I was there at 17 and got the best care! My family and I were treated with the utmost respect and our family sessions were spectacular. My individual and group sessions were so helpful! We even had Friday night hangouts! So great. This place is a gem! Cant say anything bad about it.

Extremely unprofessional place they are rude and flat out disrespectful. The leader is a stuck up lady that shows her true colors when brought to a disagreement. Definitely WOULD NOT RECOMEND.
Called to get help for a individual without insurance which they were told upfront No insurance just wanting counseling . $200 assessment fee. Okay went in and had session. They require you to do the IOP program $218 every day for three days a week and then a individual session at $125 a week. $3500 a month. When we called in they said come in for assessment we will see how we can help you. Refused to just give counseling. Money scam. They did not go into any details on phone that you had to do the IOP so as this is my grand... read more
