I have really liked my chair lift. I am handicapped and they have allowed me access to my complete home. Right now the one that takes me to the lower level (13 stair steps) down does not work!!! My husband has talked with John, so he is aware of the problem. They did a phone checkup, but that did not work. My laundry room, pantry, freezers and wood stove is in that area.
