In 30 years of management, this is by far the absolute worst experience of my life with a contracted vendor. My self storage facility needed a new exit gate. That was December of 2025. As i sit today in June of 2026, I am still engaged in the struggle of a lifetime attempting to get ACT to install the gate correctly. 8 service calls later, its still not working. I had Jonathan at my facility to bid a large project and he was spectacular. He knew what he was doing and what he was looking for. He was thorough, efficient and managed his time here very well. He had answers to the obnoxious questions I threw at him, and he didn't act bothered by lack of knowledge on the topic. Great guy!
