Justin Davis showed up and fixed my gate. Great service and a very friendly service technician. Very professional and polite. Five stars to this technician. He got the Job done very well and in half the time. Absolutely recommended this place and if you get Justin as your Technician you are in good hands!

Awesome customer service with Johnathan
In 30 years of management, this is by far the absolute worst experience of my life with a contracted vendor. My self storage facility needed a new exit gate. That was December of 2025. As i sit today in June of 2026, I am still engaged in the struggle of a lifetime attempting to get ACT to install the gate correctly. 8 service calls later, its still not working. Last breakdown happened 10 minutes after the service call, and 2 WEEKS LATER nobody will still come to fix it. We paid our nearly 20k in full, and now they are doing... read more
