Sad to see what's become of what used to be a great company. I needed a wheelchair ramp replaced that they originally built. Not only did they not file for a permit, they left me with an unsafe ramp I'm unable to use. They ignored all my instructions on permits and dimensions and just did whatever they wanted. I've contacted them multiple times including pictures of the issues. They've told me they will fix it but have since stopped communicating and are threatening to remove the ramp if I don't pay $7k+ for something I can'... read more
They are very slow to respond to customers. I ordered some grab bars installed in my home 2 months ago. Called them again 1 month ago. Still waiting for service. Apparently they are too busy to serve individual customers in a timely fashion.
