Beyond helpful! I've been dealing with insurance issues for 6 months that nobody could figure out and they were able to easily troubleshoot and correct this for me in 15 minutes.
I'd be happy to bring this up to the appropriate person but they didn't share in general who that would be. I did get the help I needed, wanted to share my experience and thoughts. I've been on SNAP on and off since I aged out from foster care in 2018. There's a section on SNAP application to choose if the applicant was in foster care. The lady that helped me was nice yet it she refused to press that choice on my application.
