The staffing team is wonderful especially Leanne who allows greets us with a smile and kindness as well as giving great care and attention. She is a ray of sunshine even talking with her over the phone, she is truly a great asset to this business & we just love her. Felessia and Carnall Paulk.
All of the staff, from the receptionist and all others are always patient and customer service minded when I come here. They make it a pleasant experience. Special kudos also to Chelsea who manages to be professional and yet very sweet and considerate. She knows her "stuff" and I look forward to seeing her when I come for an appointment. Staff working here is definitely an asset to your office.
Dr Bird and the wound team are top notch. Also the nurses for angiogram as well as the young ladies who do the ultrasound. Jennifer who does scheduling is a peach! I was sent here by my orthopedic doctor and I can honestly say this facility saved me from extensive plastic surgery and reconstruction, not to mention a very long hospital stay. These people are young and at the top of their game. They're all very kind and caring. Buffalo is lucky to have this place
The quality of care at this facility is unsurpassable ! I really can’t speak highly enough about the professionalism of Dr. Noor and her entire team. Everything is in one place which makes it so easy for my family to come to appointments. They do their office appointments, ultrasounds, Procedures, Wound Care and even hyperbaric oxygen therapy all under one roof. Definitely would recommend to everybody!
This facility is a horror show, from the scary robots at the front desk, to the "doctor in charge" Dr. Noor. Dr Noor is a rude, unprofessional train wreck, motivated only by greed. I was only in the Buffalo area for a few weeks, and when Dr. Noor found this out, she refused to clean my wound, since I probably was not going to book return visits! She also tried to sell me on a 5x week, 6 week oxygen therapy contract for my smalll wound!!!!!!! This provider idoes not care about the patient! Look elsewhere for compassionate car... read more
