My partner has had a terrible experience. Lady on the phone first claimed they had not received the referral when hospital confirmed they had sent it through. She then claimed the first appointment couldn’t be booked in for another 2 weeks despite the referral being urgent. When pushed she was able to suddenly book in one of the 2 appointments the next day. Asked to send test results to GP after my partner confirmed the GP details over the phone after tests completed.
