My partner has had a terrible experience. Lady on the phone first claimed they had not received the referral when hospital confirmed they had sent it through. She then claimed the first appointment couldn’t be booked in for another 2 weeks despite the referral being urgent. When pushed she was able to suddenly book in one of the 2 appointments the next day. Asked to send test results to GP after my partner confirmed the GP details over the phone after tests completed. If I could I would give 0 stars The most unprofessional business I have ever delt with. The lady at the call centre that books the appointment is completely incompetent and lazy, it took over 4 attempts for her to actually book the appointment and 5 days later, 3 of those attempts were her telling me she didn't have my referral which I sent 3 times to her while on the phone to her, she then lied and said she didn't have access to emails and couldn't make my appointment, on the 4th attempt she didn't even listen and booked th... read more
