This agency is the worst of the worst. It was contracted to provide DD Waiver services 24/7. A neighbor had to call 911 due to neglect. They convinced my adult daughter of restraining orders against family and friends who tried to help her. She was over medicated until hospitalized for sepsis and diabetes from pancreatitis damage. One by one removed and replaced all her providers to themselves eliminating any points of contact. Violation of client rights is second only to the level of dishonesty this agency utilizes
Responsible for my divorce. Shame on you!
