Thank you Lachlan for your help in troubleshooting the Redarc RedVision system in my off road caravan. 5 Star customer service as it was no issue for him to come down the street where I was able to park because my trailer was too long to fit in the Access Auto yard.

I requested repairs for headlights, which had become completely unusable, and they restored them to perfect working order. I was profoundly impressed by the professional ethos and technical expertise at Access Auto Electrics & Air Conditioning. Not only their technical skill, but also their swift handling from reception to repair. Words cannot express my gratitude!!!!!
Took our car in for the engine light, but after the repair all the dashboard lights were still flashing and we had to take it back. They claimed it was due to a blown glovebox bulb, which I know wasn’t true, as I had just used the glovebox that same night. Communication throughout was very poor. After a lot of back and forth trying to get the issue resolved properly, I went to pick the car up for my wife and overheard the owner shouting and making abusive comments about her.
