Marlon the owner and operator of this company stole my vehicle. I traded it in during the deal we conducted together, or so I thought! He proceeded to tell me in the process of transporting it from one lot to another his driver crashed it and abandoned it...and it could not be located. He assured me he would take care of the situation and continue to pay the note for the missing car until he was able to remedy the situation. I was fortunate to be a part of wonderful car buying experience with my brother who purchased a 2019 STI. The staff is amazing and make you feel like family. Very knowledgeable staff. Where do I even start? First off Marlin is PHENOMENAL!!! He went above and beyond to get me out of my old lease and into a 2021 Honda Pilot. The first car they got me, the dealership themselves got extremely greedy and ruined the deal. Marlin went to the dealership in good faith to try to repair their damage but instead of caving to them he did the right thing for his customer and not his pocket.
