Rude and unprofessional! Poor installation! After they installed the device my E-brake light was always on and they said this was a coincidence! I would rather drive to Des Moines if I have to do it again!

Nate and his team are the best! I had a few questions about my son’s car audio issues and He explained how the issues could be corrected and was able to get me on the schedule right away. He called 30 minutes after my appointment and was already done! Great prices and even better service! Highly recommend Access Audio for all of your car audio needs!
Went in for a remote start and can’t even listen to my music with the volume how I like it and my speed has been reduced. can’t even go highway speeds in certain states. Only came in for a remote start and did not ask for these other things. Remote start works fine, just didn’t expect them to ruin other features of my truck.
Great people to work with! They offer a variety of services all with different styles and price ranges. I was just shopping around but after one phone call with them I knew they were the place to go with. I got a dash cam installed, it was more cost effective to get the dash cam through them and have them install it than it would’ve been for me to buy the dash cam myself let alone spend hours trying to figure out how to install the damn thing.
