I called AAC today after having almost constant anxiety for 2 weeks and immense pressure headaches. Although the girl was very nice, she basically said to breath and they can't do anything else. I guess unless you say you want to harm yourself, they don't really do anything for you. I was told to breath..... I've seen a 1000 videos on Youtube for that. Pretty disappointed But she was very nice
Nurse Aaron was very accommodating and friendly. He assisted me with the next steps I needed for my treatment.
The clinicians don't pick up the phone! I called and since I called I was “you are the next person on the line”, one hour on hold…. Still no one even bothered to pick up the phone!
