Took them almost 3 weeks to put one signature on a paper to release the epi pen form for my daughter so she can use it at school . That’s ridiculous and then say there now charging for that. Well if there going to charge maybe they won’t take 3 weeks to sign it . Definitely not going back here. the fact I had to call back 3 times to see if it was ready because they never called to inform me it would take that long . They are incredibly sweet and kind here! I come in with a ton of allergies and the first thing they did was get me into a shot program to make me unallergic to my service dog instead of saying I had to rehome him. They remember my name and my service dog's name as soon as we walk in, they take care of us quickly, and we are out just as fast. They also work with my fear of shots by making it almost painless for me. 100/10 recommend this place 🖤

I've been coming to Access Allergy for more than a year, first at the east side location before moving to the northeast side. Everyone who works here is so nice and there's almost no wait to get my weekly shot. They offer a payment plan for the vials. I called around a few allergists in town to get prices and this one was also the most affordable for allergy test + vials + cost per shot.
