I make an appointment and they had to cancel and reschedule due to a water plumbing issue. Understandable. They make the appointment for another day and tell me 3:30pm. I show up at 3:20 and they cannot take me in because they claim the appointment was for 3. I showed them my confirmation from the canceled appointment and the lack of new confirmation. They said sorry for providing a wrong time and to reschedule. I drove an hour to get there, got there early, and they gave me a wrong time and couldn't see me. Absolutely ridic... read more
I so appreciate how the staff and doctors really try to make it the best experience! I’ve found it doesn’t matter how good the doctor is if the staff is difficult to deal with, but that’s not the case here! From Ms. Lisa at the front desk (who is so personable) to Ms. Kristi the nurse practitioner…this team is incredible! I come in weekly for shots and I find it’s like getting to see friends once a week. Allergies came out of nowhere and I decided to try the allergy shots. Took a few years but now my symptoms have been mitigated, all without any actual medications. As for the staff, they are awesome. They always treat my daughter like their own. The doctors are very knowledgeable and do a good job in explaining the process.
