Workman arrived on time. Did a great job of cleaning our 2 air conditioners
The technician (Kai) was quite competent as well as well mannered. He was also conscious of my cultural background that he had no hesitation in removing his work shoes when he was doing his work inside the two rooms where my two reverse cycle units were. He also managed to navigate with remarkable ease in the main bedroom where my wife was confined due to her dementia when a couple of times she barked at poor Kai.
