Fraser and Jake did a great job both with communication and installation for our new Panasonic air-conditioning unit. They are easy to get on with and answering questions about the process was done cheerfully and enthusiastically. I highly recommend access air-conditioning for any job you may require for a stress-free experience.

The service on my aircon units was completed quickly and efficiently. Fraser is part of a family business who’s ethos is old school service . Throughout the process Fraser communicated what was required and was very professional . At the time he had an apprentice with him and I was truely impressed with the manner he conducted himself while training a younger person .
