Steve did a great job installing a chair lift for my in-laws. Very professional, kind, and personable. Would 100% do business with him again.

I was in need of a stairlift asap. We called Steve and he arrived 30 minutes later. He assessed the situation and problem solved with us.. I have a very narrow staircase. Well my stair lift was installed today! Steve made sure I understood how to operate it. If necessary, I can call him anytime! Such a gentleman! This stairlift will assure my ability to remain in my home safely. I will definitely recommend Steve to anyone with mobility issues..
My parents who are both 95 live in Hornell NY and Steve made the trip there to fix there lift that was having intermittent issues. I was so impressed with the turn around time I called on the weekend 7/12 and Steve went and made the repair on 7/14. Thank you Steve my parents really depend upon this lift and I certainly appreciate you taking care of this so quickly for them.
