Used this service for the first time during the Xmas busy period. Very impressed with the excellent service provided. Phoned in the morning to book a mobility scooter and we picked it up at the agreed time. Plenty of Disabled Car Park spaces. Member of staff was very helpful and reassuring. Will definitely use again and recommend the service.
Excellent service, need more scooters at busy times. Girls are all lovely and helpful.
Excellent service. The ladies who work there are amazing. Other councils/shopping centres should offer this service.
Useless, apparently all the wheelchairs are 'booked out for the day', there are loads just sat here waiting at midday. Clearly needs to revisit the booking system 'maybe with slots' or with more stock. Staff apathetic and don't care.
