The best thing I can say about access a ride is that the service is consistently deplorable, late always , 30% of the time they just don't show up ,leaving you stranded in strange neighborhoods with no way of getting home . This is how they treat disabled seniors. The drivers ,90% of the time speak no English. If you have an alternative I would presume it at any cost. STAY AWAY !!!!!
