Access Storage bought Tippet Richardson, where we have had our company files stored for over 25 years. Tippet Richardson was a smaller company, and we had a great relationship with their staff, and they provided excellent service. Since Access Storage purchased them, our monthly costs have gone up substantially, and the company continues to add services that we will never use but must pay for. FileBank has contributed to Crime Stoppers of Halton for many events as they are very friendly, helpful and ensures customer satisfaction. Excellent services all around.
FileBank recently shredded many boxes for our company. From the start, everyone we dealt with was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The truck showed up promptly with friendly and helpful staff. The whole thing went off without a hitch - very unusual these days! Congrats to all of you at FileBank!
