Horrible place people they barely speak English and make it seem like your forcing them to do there simple job of pressing keys on a keyboard. Barely anyone working there has any education past a high school diploma.
Terrible customer service. Poor Management. First and last time. Unprofessional. I encourage everyone do not go there especially when you need help!
I had great experience in Access, social workers were very amazing. Lina was so professional, kind and took her time navigating my situation. I really appreciate that we have ACCESS IN OUR COMMUNITY to support people.
