This company bought out the old Seattle company called DataSite a couple of years ago. Access is awful to work with. Immediately after they took over, they attempted to force us to buy services through them without negotiation -- a consumer act violation. I'm a lawyer and was eventually able to connect with their corporate attorney who agreed and reversed the bogus charges. We cannot call and ask for files.
