TLDR: Dishonest, knowingly voided my warranty and scratched my car, but refuses to repair damage. I was referred to Access 1 Auto Glass by the Subaru North Dealership. The Subaru employee, Ronelle, who referred me to Access 1 told me I could not get my windshield replaced at the dealership. This was absolutely not true, as the Subaru dealership manager later confirmed to me. We have had 3 windshields replaced in the past year. Rocks are attracted to our windshield.😔 1 week after having a new windshield put in, we were hit again by a rock, the owner of Auto Glass came out and repaired our windshield before it would get worse. Great customer service with all of our experiences with them!
