I am writing this review to document a deeply negative and harmful experience as a disabled individual seeking vocational rehabilitation services. During my interactions with the Syracuse ACCESS-VR office, I was treated with hostility, disrespect, and bias, rather than support. Staff members made statements and conveyed attitudes that suggested disabled clients are a burden on taxpayers and not worth investing in.
