I had this company install windows last year, did a great job. But after one window ended up with a crack earlier this year, I called my contact person Derek. He ordered a replacement, had to wait over 5 wks for the replacement window, also they shipped it to me directly, so called Derek again had to have him come out to install, but to our surprise it was the WRONG window. Acceptance Windows and Doors are nothing short of amazing! Tons of options, lots of feedback regarding selections and choices that would best fit our home, and timely communication. From consultantion, to ordering, to payment....all easy! Windows came in earlier than expected and will help us save money on the last few HOT summer months. This is the second experience we've had with Acceptance. We feel you can spend a ton of time looking for a way to save $20 on things or pay attention to the quality of work and the product used. It was a considerable span of time between installation of our back windows and our new front ones, so we were able to use them before moving forward on the front of the house (on a budget right now, while updating our 20 year old home) we knew waiting for Acceptance was the right choice because of the quality of work and product. Derek and the team from Acceptance Windows were great. I have already recommended them to 3 friends interested in window replacement. The sales effort was low pressure, the communication was timely, the installation was professional and the total overall service was excellent. I can’t speak more highly of the work they did and the overall outcome of the project.
